Synchronized Skating Notes
Once skaters have reached a certain level, they begin to compete. For many
skaters, synchronized skating provides a friendly, team oriented atmosphere
in which to participate.
This year SCNH will be starting their own synchronized skating team, which
will compete at the introductory level.
Synchronized Skating Try-Outs
SCNH's own synchro team will be having try outs during April. The try-outs will be held at the rink in Whitestown. The dates/times for the tryouts are:
- April 15th, Tuesday, 7pm to 8pm
- April 24th, Thursday, 7pm to 8pm
Skaters will need to pay a fee of $10 for skating at a try-out session, to help cover the cost of the ice. Skaters need only show up to one of these sessions, but may elect to show up for both sessions.
